The economic condition in the Gaza Strip has led to a significant rise in poverty and unemployment, in addition to huge number of patients and people with disability; new statistics showed that the living conditions in the Strip deteriorated to their highest levels compared to previous years. The Benevolent Society for Disabled contributes to the alleviation of Palestinians' suffering through providing various aids to patients and people with disabilities. As a part of "Special Medical Cases" project, The Benevolent Society for Disabled provided medical glasses to needy patient children, who are in excessive need for glasses, but their families could not afford its costs due to their bad economic condition.
