Ibrahim's Bad Financial Condition Prevents him from Undergoing a Surgery on his Arm

Ibrahim, 22, got a bachelor degree of law last year from the Islamic University of Gaza with good GPA. Ibrahim managed to graduate university due to a great help from Benevolent Society for Disabled as he receives permanent financial aid allowing him cover stationary, transportation and university fees. After the death of his father, Ibrahim's family lost their only breadwinner and became depending on Benevolent Society for Disabled's aid to match their basic needs, essentially Ibrahim's education and medication fees. Ibrahim complains of birth dislocation in his left arm and he needs to undergo a surgery abroad to plant tendons in his arm to help it normally grow. The travel and surgery cost much expense that Ibrahim's mother cannot afford; especially they live in a rented house and most months they are unable to pay the house rent. On the other hand, Ibrahim likes raising cats and playing football with his friends; he tries to waste his time until he finds a good job that is considered a hard and even impossible matter in Gaza, where unemployment and poverty reached to unprecedented rates due to the siege and bad life conditions.
