The Benevolent Society for Disabled implemented the Vision Project in corporation with UNRWA. This project was conducted to help visually impaired students joining UNRWA Rehabilitation Centre for Visually Impaired (RCVI) by providing over two hundred blind children with cutting-edge digital technology to help them access information sources, learning opportunities and creative initiatives. Within this project, each child received a mobile device, while all the textbooks were made available to them digitally. As a second stage of the project, the Benevolent Society for Disabled provided essential supplies for visually impaired children to facilitate their learning through using modern technology.
