The imposed lockdown continues for the sixth day in a row, in all governorates of the Gaza Strip, as a part of the strict measures taken by the government to confront the outbreak of Coronavirus. During the past days, the government has begun a new procedure for separating the governorates and dividing them into separated areas, in order to limit movement by residents. In addition, police and security personnel continues to spread in all streets; to follow up the implementation of the curfew, to ensure the safety of society, and to prevent the spread of the virus. Moreover, police vehicles tour the streets using loudspeakers to urge residents in Gaza to abide by the curfew. These ongoing measures are due to the daily announcement of cases infected with Coronavirus that have reached to 182 cases so far; 145 of them are inside the community, since last Monday.
